Hi, I’m Kim Adams
I help solopreneurs and small business owners discover greater self-awareness, psychological well-being and confidence in business and in life.
After spending over 20 years working in criminal justice I realised I started to question my purpose and my self-identity. On the outside I was capable, calm and confident. On the inside I was chronically anxious, feeling disconnected, lonely and with a deep yearning for purpose.
I had created a persona that kept me separated from true connection with myself from the mistaken belief that this was keeping me safe, whilst in reality I had dimmed my light. As I began to accept myself and embrace my gifts and my shadows I felt the call to speak my truth and live my dharma (purpose).
I draw on my background in psychology, organisational performance improvement and studies of neuroscience and yogic philosophy to share ideas, actionable strategies and guidance to help solopreneurs and small business owners discover mindset and well-being practices that shift the dial on their personal well-being and the business success.
