Creating space to nurture your body, mind and inner-self

Through yoga, meditation and self-care practices for mental wealth and physical well-being. 

 True self-care is giving yourself permission to simply be, to connect with your inner guidance system.

Giving yourself permission to move your body and shift energy that is weighing you down.

Giving yourself permission to care and nurture your body through nourishing treatments that soothe the soul and fill your cup so that you feel centred and grounded no matter what your day brings.

 The Nurture Workshop Series is designed around my belief that developing a nourishing holistic approach to mental wealth and physical health begins with connecting to your body and to your inner self. So often this connection is lost amongst the busyness of your life.

Join me in a private, beautiful, tropical setting for a 2 hour immersion that you won’t experience anywhere else.  

Who is this workshop for?

Kim’s yoga workshops and events are designed for women who need time to soothe their nervous system, slow down and reconnect with their sense of self-identity.

 

  • If you find yourself overthinking, worrying too much or experience chronic anxiety, Kim’s yoga and approach will help you discover more calm and confidence. 

 

  • If you find large yoga studio classes a little intimidating or competitive you will find the space Kim provides in her workshops is safe and places emphasis on you working at your own pace and level.

 

  • The small group size and Kim’s style is also perfect if you are an introvert or have sensory senstivities which make larger group formats overwhelming to attend. 

 

  • If you want to cultivate greater self-acceptance and feel more calm, confident and connected to who you. 

After a nurture workshop you will feel:

 

A greater sense of calm and peace and focus which comes from feeling grounded within your body and released from the tension of mental overwhelm. 

 

Increase lightness of your body and ease of movement.

What a wonderful way to spend my Saturday morning – enjoying the company of other women while being guided through meditation and yoga flow by Kim. The delicious cacao filled me with a devine warmth and opened my heart space ready to receive. The introduction to gua sha was fabulous and felt wonderful to use. Thankyou Kim and Ange for creating a beautiful experience.

Oh my, this morning (day after) I woke up feeling so good. Had the best sleep I’ve had in a while. It felt so good to move my body and just receive. The other ladies who came were so lovely. It was great to not feel any pressure to push myself and just be in my body.

Meet Kim 

I am a slightly neurotic, transformational guide, yoga teacher and space holder for midlife women with high-functioning anxiety who are ready to live life on their terms.

After spending many years working in a high-pressure environment, leading an ambitious and outwardly confident life, I began to question my purpose and self-identity. On the outside I was capable and confident while on the inside I felt chronically anxious, disconnected and yearning for purpose. 

Following a few months teaching English to Balinese teenagers and undertaking my yoga teacher training I am now creating my life my way. Embracing my introverted nature with my gifts for illuminating a path to healing for others.

I provide in-person yoga and events in Cairns, Queensland and online mentoring.
