This four-week yoga series is for you if:

- You are not getting enough good quality sleep resulting in constantly feeling tired and uninspired.
- You are feeling like life has gotten a little chaotic.
- You would like to learn practices that you can use at home to manage stress.
The Mellow Yoga Series will help you:
Slow down, calm your over-stimulated nervous system to feel more centred, calm and grounded.
Promote ease in your body, release muscle tension and find more flexibility and ease of movement.
Restore energy and vitality through calming your nervous system so you can truly rest and recuperate.
Improve balance and body awareness.
Find a moments respite from your hectic week to reset your body and mind.
Understand tips and techniques to manage stress throughout your week.

Not Your Average Yoga Class!!
This four-week, small-group series has been created to provide a holistic approach to reduce anxiety and overwhelm through embodied movement, breath work and mindfulness practices.
WEEK 1. GROUND
Yoga that focuses on creating sense of stability and connection with your root chakra.
WEEK 2. EXPLORE
Opening up the sacral and solar plexus to inspire creativity and self-acceptance.
WEEK 3. ARRIVE
Using the connection between movement and breath to be in the present moment, increase mental focus, and open the heart space and throat chakra.
WEEK 4. UPLIFT
Strengthen and move your body to uplift mood, connect with your intuition and experience being in flow with life.

WHEN & WHERE
DATE: The series begins on 3 August for four weeks. (3/8, 10/8, 17/8, 24/8).
TIME: 6:30pm to 7:45 (75 minute sessions)
LOCATION: Private address at Palm Cove. Details provided upon payment.
COST: $120.
EARLY BIRD BONUS: First four people to sign up prior to 20 July 2023 will receive a complimentary private yoga session (valued at $80) Private session must be redeemed by 26 August 2023.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING: All equipment is supplied. Wear comfy clothes suitable to move in.
REFUND POLICY: No refunds
A minimum of 4 participants is required to run the series. If minimum numbers are not reached by 31 July, a full refund will be provided. Maximum 8 participants.
You do not need to be super fit or flexible. New to yoga? No worries. Class suitable to for beginners.
Meet Kim
I am a slightly neurotic, transformational guide, yoga teacher and space holder for midlife women with high-functioning anxiety who are ready to live life on their terms.
After spending many years working in a high-pressure environment, leading an ambitious and outwardly confident life, I began to question my purpose and self-identity. On the outside I was capable and confident while on the inside I felt chronically anxious, disconnected and yearning for purpose.
Following a few months teaching English to Balinese teenagers and undertaking my yoga teacher training I am now creating my life my way. Embracing my introverted nature with my gifts for illuminating a path to healing for others.
I provide in-person yoga and events in Cairns, Queensland and online mentoring.
